About 2knz
Making productive assets easier to understand and to access.
Businesses run on assets: the vans that deliver, the trucks that haul, the equipment that keeps things moving. Investing in them has usually been out of reach for individuals.
2knz is a proposed UAE platform that aims to change that—starting with commercial electric fleets, explained simply and reported clearly.

Questions, answered plainly.
What is an operating asset?
An asset that a business uses to earn income, such as a delivery van or a truck. 2knz begins with commercial electric fleets.
How could investment income be generated?
An operator pays to use the asset, for example through a lease. After operating expenses, financing obligations and reserves, any remaining amount may be distributed according to the investment terms.
What does a digital unit represent?
Defined investment rights under the relevant legal documents. It is not direct ownership of a vehicle and not a share of gross revenue. The final documents set out exactly what you hold.
Is 2knz accepting investments?
No. 2knz is a pre-launch concept. No investments are available and no money is being accepted. The demo uses synthetic data only.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Capital and income are not guaranteed. Any target shown in the demo is illustrative and depends on operating results and terms.
Can I exit early?
Exit rights would depend on the final investment terms. There is no promise of instant liquidity, and any exit route is still under development.
How would monthly contributions work?
A contribution plan sets how much you add each month. Contributions do not automatically become deployed holdings: they wait until allocated to an asset. A contribution plan is not an investment maturity date.
Is the structure Sharia-compliant?
Yes—2knz follows a Sharia-compliant investment approach: income comes from leasing real operating assets, profit and risk are shared, and there is no interest-based lending. Formal Sharia board review and certification are being arranged before any launch.
